- Welcome to my blog! I haven't blogged in a long time, but now I have a new grand baby and paintings and photos to show, so I will be posting more. I live on 7.5 acres of forest/pasture with 5 horses, 2 dogs, and 5 cats. I have 9 more horses on the "80" which is reall 40 acres and usually called the ranch about 4 miles from where I live. I'll be adding chickens and goats in the future.

Uh oh! This has happened to so many people I know. Some of them have bitten the bullet and started that small business they've always wanted to run. Some have moved away to greener pastures (though I guess they don't come any greener than your pastures), some are going back to school to learn something completely new. Some have found better jobs. Almost all of them are happier than they were before, oddly enough! I hope one of these good things happens to you, too.
