Yesterday, a woman who graduated from the same high school as I did in Texas came to town. We have been conversing on a myfamily site that we both belong to, for alumni of our high school. So we had to make arrangements to meet in person. So, she flew down from Alaska, and Clyde and I drove up to north of Denver to meet her. We had dinner at CB&POTTS, which was the location of James and Solitare's wedding rehearsal dinner last summer. And the only place that I knew to eat anywhere in Denver!
I had a lot of fun talking about people from high school, and getting to know what she likes and does now. I had a lot of questions about Alaska, since I've never been there, but would like to go someday. Now I know someone there to visit! And who knows, maybe next time she comes to Denver, she'll have more time and can come down here and meet the horses.
